How to Board Float on a Tech Deck

Aug 11, 2009 10:40 PM

If you're not very good at performing an ollie but still want to learn a cool trick, read these steps!

Place your index finger under your board just in front of the trucks, your middle finger on the logo and your ring finger on the other tip on the board.

Lift the tip on the board where your finger is under slightly, like you are in a stationary manual.

Push your ring finger down popping the board in the air. Right before your board flies in the air, move your fingers in an upward motion(eventually they will slide off the board)Don't do this slowly or you won't pop it up high enough. Time lapsed is about 1 second.

Watch your board fly and try to land it.

Show off your skills now to everyone you know.

Tips

  • Start off small and then gradually increase your "pop" so that your board flies higher.
  • Practice makes perfect. Try to do this as often as possible.

Warnings

  • This trick is very dangerous to your board and possibly you. Take Caution.

Things You'll Need

  • Tech Deck
  • Flat surface
